About CommonWealth

Common Wealth is Canada’s fastest growing group retirement provider. Our award‑winning digital platform helps Canadians plan, save, and build secure retirement income. We partner with a nationwide network of advisors and employers, empowering them with modern tools and insights. We are driven by a mission to make financial security in retirement more accessible to everyone.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll be responsible for driving toward a future where every Canadian can achieve financial security in retirement. Today, people working for small and mid‑size employers are left to build retirement savings on their own – this leads to inefficient savings and poor outcomes. You will work on cross‑functional teams to deliver a trusted, comprehensive retirement offering that supports members from their first contribution to their last withdrawal. Your work will directly contribute to creating better retirement outcomes and a more inclusive financial future for all.

What you will do
  • Own the post‑sale client experience from deal close through long‑term partnership
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding
  • Build trusted relationships with employer and advisor stakeholders
  • Lead employer onboarding, including kickoff meetings and onboarding check‑ins
  • Deliver employee education sessions and support adoption of the platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their advisors
  • Manage an ongoing portfolio of clients focused on adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and resolve issues
  • Partner cross‑functionally to improve client outcomes and reduce churn
Who you are

Relationship‑driven and collaborative – you build trust quickly with clients and internal partners and thrive in cross‑functional environments.

Clear, confident communicator – you’re comfortable engaging senior leaders and facilitating education sessions for groups of varying sizes, adapting your message for clarity and impact.

Organized, independent, and adaptable – you manage multiple clients and priorities with confidence in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.

Mission‑aligned and curious – you’re motivated by Common Wealth’s mission and eager to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.

Detail‑oriented and data‑minded – you value precision and use data to guide decisions and deliver consistent, high‑quality client experiences.

Why work with us

Common Wealth is a fast‑growing company with a mission to change the lives of Canadians. You’ll be joining a dynamic and flexible work environment where you have the autonomy to shape your role. You’ll have ample opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the organization while contributing to improving the Canadian retirement landscape.

Compensation and benefits include:

  • Base pay $70‑80k + variable, with total target compensation up to $100k
  • Medical, dental and vision benefits
  • Health Spending Account
  • 5% employer match into our group retirement plan
  • 4 weeks vacation
  • Home Office Stipend
  • Top‑of‑the‑line hardware
  • Annual Learning & Development Budget
  • Flex Holiday and Summer Friday Program
  • Annual Company Summit
