Job summary

A global B-Corp focused on client experiences is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and ensure they maximize the value of services. You will manage strategic clients and collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Managers to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should possess client management skills and a strong consultative approach. This role is based in Canada, and we are looking for dynamic individuals who can embody authenticity and empathy in their work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client success management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
