  • Experience ideally within Professional Services, Financial Services, or Healthcare & Lifesciences.
  • Adept at working with multiple stakeholders.

Job description
The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
  • Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Client Services role, ideally within the Professional Services, Financial Services and Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Applicants must be located in united states or Canada
