Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
  • Conduct regular client business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify gaps, and suggest technology improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop account plans aligned with client goals and GAM Tech’s strategic offerings.
  • Drive renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve client concerns.
  • Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to ensure seamless communication and escalation handling.
  • Stay current on industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and MSP best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Proven success in managing multiple client relationships with a consultative, customer‑first approach.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery models, managed services, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM and PSA systems (HubSpot, HaloPSA, or similar).
  • A proactive attitude, accountability for results, and genuine care for client outcomes.
