We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager / Operations Manager to join our Management Team. This role is ideal for a proven leader who is passionate about operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development.
The Client Services Manager is accountable for the leadership, management, and oversight of day-to-day operations and service delivery in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and workforce performance across multiple sites. The position provides governance over scheduling, regulatory and contractual compliance, training initiatives, and incident management, while maintaining strong, professional communication with both clients and frontline personnel. Through disciplined leadership and strategic oversight, the Client Services Manager ensures contractual obligations are fulfilled and contributes to the achievement of broader regional and organizational performance goals.
The day to day:
- Serve as a trusted advisor & liaison to clients by building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships, with active involvement in all aspects of account management.
- Demonstrates a team‑oriented approach by engaging with senior leaders to optimize operations, elevate client service & advance organizational strategy.
- Oversee a strategic portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent service excellence, contractual compliance, and a regular on‑site leadership presence.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine customized security solutions aligned with client requirements, including risk mitigation strategies and optimized coverage models.
- Ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and applicable legislation.
- Lead new business start‑ups, including transition planning, onboarding, and operational execution to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide decisive leadership during incidents and critical events, ensuring timely response, escalation, and resolution.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead contract renewals, including negotiation of scope changes, rate adjustments, and service enhancements.
- Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with trained, qualified, and compliant security personnel.
Knowledge:
- Legislation: Relevant government and security legislation in Saskatchewan.
- Security Operations: Strong knowledge in site assessments, schedule management, standing orders development, CCTV and access control systems, and incident reporting processes.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage margins, conduct client and site financial analysis, and exercise effective cost and spend control.
- Client Engagement Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of client‑facing dynamics to consistently deliver exceptional service and foster strong, lasting relationships.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive security operations experience in a managerial role within the security industry.
- Strong record of success in client relationship management, issue resolution, and business development.
- Extensive operational experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, applying sound judgment and a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach.
- Experience drafting policies, SOPs, procedures, reports, business cases, and duty rosters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational, analytical, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to learn Security Software Platforms including Tracktik/Win Team/Power BI or knowledge‑based systems – an asset.
- Valid Saskatchewan Security License is considered an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between client sites.
- Solid understanding of financial drivers, cost structures, and profitability within the security services industry.
- Sales, finance, or formal management training is considered an asset.
