Your Opportunity

Triton is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity we are hiring an additional Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our Rockies West regional team!

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of corporate level support to Operations Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators, including supporting revenue generating initiatives such as identifying new opportunities, developing proposals and assisting with contract negotiations.
  • Management of project finances, including developing change orders, analyzing write‑offs and monitoring key financial metrics at the regional office and project levels.
  • Contribution to the development of corporate policies related to business development and project financials, and support the communication and implementation of these policies through ongoing collaboration with the operations team.
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts and actively engaging in business development to secure additional revenue from existing clients.
  • Working with the Regional Manager to develop overall revenue and GOI targets for the region, monitoring and reporting progress, providing regular updates to the Regional Manager and identifying potential challenges or areas where additional support may be needed.
  • Working with Regional Project Managers to ensure client opportunities are maximized. Opportunities for existing clients include:
    • Expansion of revenue with existing clients
    • Expansion of services provided to existing clients
    • Expansion of geography or location of services provided to existing clients
  • Establishing financial margins based on KPIs for work performed with existing clients, including:
    • Labour GOI Margins
    • Disbursement GOI Margins
    • Subcontractor Margins
    • Project Gross Margins
  • Assessing and reporting overall client satisfaction to the Regional Manager, maintaining regular client contact, developing client‑based surveys to gather feedback and setting objectives to improve project delivery.
  • Supporting and collaborating with the Regional Manager, Sales Manager and Strategic Accounts Manager to conduct project manager performance reviews, evaluating financial and client satisfaction reports and setting performance goals.
Business Development & Client Relations Management
  • Lead and/or participate in proposal development as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the regional and corporate markets.
  • Monitor the success and ROI of individual business development efforts, including those of Regional Project Managers on existing clients.
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and provide go/no‑go recommendations for business development efforts.
  • Review Triton proposals before submission, checking assumptions, evaluating risks and confirming rates for existing clients.
  • Lead project problem‑solving and project recovery management.
  • Identify business development opportunities.
  • Lead client satisfaction initiatives and relationship‑building efforts with existing clients.
Your Skills & Experience
  • 10 years of related experience
  • Relevant post‑secondary education
  • Extensive experience in sales proposal writing and developing work plans for clients
  • Extensive experience in budgeting, financial management and change orders
  • Proficient with computers and highly skilled in MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude
  • Ability to set and track progress toward goals for self and Project Managers
  • Skilled at providing performance feedback and assisting staff with personal goal setting
  • Ability to prepare and make comprehensive presentations, participate in formal debate and communicate professionally before an audience
  • Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and foster a positive productive team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on effective solutions that improve systems and relationships

Your Compensation

Salary: $55 - $65 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
