Job summary

RH in Toronto is seeking a Client Services Associate to deliver luxury service to gallery clients, greet visitors, and connect customers with the right associates.

You will become knowledgeable about RH offerings, handle inquiries by phone and email, and contribute to a premium shopping experience through strong communication, organization, and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred.
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
