Job Overview

Ignite your potential and impact what matters by supporting our clients and communities as a Client Service Specialist. In this full‑time role based in Saskatoon or Winnipeg, you will assist with the set‑up of employer group benefits plans and handle day‑to‑day administrative duties for the Employee Benefits Department.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with Clients, Employees and Carriers.
  • Provide customer service support to Consultants, Clients, and Employees.
  • Attend Client meetings.
  • Draft Employee communications.
  • Write/prepare marketing reports and other reports as needed.
  • Conduct Employee meetings and presentations in person and/or virtually.
  • Create Client and/or Employee presentations.
  • Review contracts, booklets, and amendments.
  • Prepare market specifications, summarize, and analyze quotations.
  • Provide benefit solutions and alternatives to consultants.
  • Prepare benefit costing alternatives.
  • Undertake cost‑share analysis reviews.
  • Peer review other team members’ work.
Qualifications
  • Life insurance license (LLQP) or working toward obtaining one.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • No travel required.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro‑active and self‑starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Works well in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows‑based computer systems.
