Universal Call Center Rep: are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour

Assist the customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that.

Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday : 7:30am-11:00pm EST (Peak : 9am-4pm EST) Saturday : 7:30am-8:00pm EST (Peak : 7:30-8:00pm EST) Sunday : 9:00am-8:00pm EST (Peak : 11am-3pm EST)

Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.

Gig Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Customer Assistance: Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment to customers' general inquiries.

  • Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
  • Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.

Paid $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).
