Position

Universal Call Center Rep: These are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Compensation & Schedule

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee).

  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week. You can work more hours if you would like to do that.
  • Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday: 7:30am–11:00pm EST (Peak: 9am–4pm EST) Saturday: 7:30am–8:00pm EST (Peak: 7:30am–8:00pm EST) Sunday: 9:00am–8:00pm EST (Peak: 11:00am–3:00pm EST).
Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
  • Communicate with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide efficient options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
Experience & Skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • Must render at least 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated above.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
