Overview

Universal Call Center Rep: sales representatives who are trained to excel in selling and to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule appointments.
• Handle customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text.
• Communicate with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient, flexible options for diverse requests.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
• Must render at least 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated below.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Build your own schedule from available hours of business. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (including holidays), between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST/EST as applicable.

Compensation & Schedule

• Earn $21.50 CAD per hour.
• Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee.
• Set your own flexible schedule between Monday and Friday with peak hours, and weekend coverage as needed.
