Job summary

CIBC Langley Banking Centre is seeking a Client Service Representative to help clients with day-to-day banking needs and product inquiries. You will be the first line of support, connecting customers with the right team members to achieve financial goals.

You may work at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance and may be required to work evenings or weekends to deliver outstanding client experiences. On-site full-time position in Langley.

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking or financial services is beneficial.
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent client service and clear communication.
  • Willingness to work flexible banking-center hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to manage accounts and banking products, guiding them toward solutions.
  • Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with the right team members.
  • Promote and demonstrate mobile banking tools to help clients manage their finances.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

  • Client engagement - Help clients manage their accounts and products. Focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful. Connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals.
