What Does A Client Service Coordinator Do?

In a typical day, you’ll be excited to start the morning with a coffee in‑hand, energized and self‑motivated to represent Careica Health over the phone. You’re the quarterback of the operation in that you are booking and confirming appointments, speaking with clients over the phone, and after hearing your kind voice and soothing empathy they will feel great about choosing Careica Health for their needs. Additionally, you will be performing general administrative duties, so you embrace multitasking and thrive on the challenges it presents. We are a specialized provider, so you’ll always welcome the opportunity to educate/empower clients on our unique services. Lastly, you will provide administrative support to our on‑site Respirologist.

What Qualifications Do I Need for This Role?
  • Completion of high school
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Well organized and tech savvy (confident with MS Office)
