Job summary

TD is seeking an experienced PIA Client Service Associate to provide dedicated administrative support to a team of Investment Advisors. You will help prepare client meeting materials, manage documentation, and assist with referrals and marketing pieces while upholding compliance and a high standard of client service.

You will collaborate with advisors to analyze client accounts, communicate product information, and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates will be required to be licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles, or related fields
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently
  • Knowledge of wealth management and/or operations is an asset
  • Knowledge of investment products is an asset
  • Bilingualproficiency(English & French) Quebec Only

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and provide updates to IAs in preparation for client meetings
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts; communicate with customers to provide mentorship on products and services, andidentifyreferral opportunities
  • Accept/create leads and ensure correct referral coding administration
  • Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages,maintainmarketing materials
  • Become familiar withand adhere to compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials
  • Providea high levelof client service which includes responding to phone, mail and electronicenquiries based on knowledge offull-servicebrokerage
  • Deliver the 'gold standard' client experience at every interaction with team members,colleaguesand clients; prioritize and handle own work and consistently exercise discretion
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures andmaintaina culture and operation of risk management
  • Use insights to continually improve individual and team performance for clients
  • Participate fully as a team member, continuallyimprovingknowledge andkeepingothers informed and up to date about status and progress,issuesor other related activities

In this role, you will provide dedicated specialized administrative support to an Investment Advisor or team of Advisors on diverse assignments. Job Requirements
