Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
  • ✅ Provide exceptional client service in-shop, by phone, email, and text
  • ✅ Create accurate quotes for windshields, auto glass, tint, and related services
  • ✅ Confidently sell and upsell products and services, explaining features and benefits
  • ✅ Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians
  • ✅ Check in clients and vehicles, gather accurate service details, and ensure a seamless experience
  • ✅ Process payments, invoices, and billing in our system
  • ✅ Clearly communicate service timelines, expectations, and aftercare instructions
  • ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and client lounge area
  • ✅ Support insurance inquiries, claims coordination, and documentation as needed
  • ✅ Contribute to a positive team environment where clients feel genuinely cared for
