We are on the lookout for the next ultra-organized, client-loving project coordinator to join our HKR team as a Client Project Manager , working for a US-based client in the premium product design and delivery space.

What you'll be doing?

• Own and lead project timelines and milestones for enterprise clientskeeping everything flowing and everyone aligned.
• Be the go-to person for clients : run clear, confident status calls, send proactive updates, and set the gold standard for communication.
• Align cross-functional teams (creative, operations, sourcing, leadership) to keep projects on time and top-tier in quality.
• Identify blockers early, raise red flags before they burn, and keep everything on-scope and on-schedule.
• Deliver client-facing docs, trackers, and notes that are clear, organized, and action-ready.
• Bring the how can we do this better? mindset to every project, helping evolve internal playbooks and templates.

About you

• Youve got solid mid-level experience in client-facing project management, ideally across enterprise accounts .
• Youve wrangled complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Your comms game is eliteclear updates, sharp summaries, and meeting facilitation that actually gets stuff done.
• You dont just wait for problemsyou anticipate, solve, and stay two steps ahead.
• Youre fluent in tools like Asana, ClickUp, Smartsheet, GDrive / O365, Slack , and confident with timelines, trackers, and docs. Bonus points if youve used Airtable, Notion, Figma, or Adobe tools .
• You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the detailsor the vibe.
