Qualifications

• Active RIBO is required. Other provincial licenses are an asset.
• Typically more than 3 years of personal lines experience.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of clients.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional quotation skills for cross-selling and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients including sales and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Private Client Group to enhance client experience.
• Contribute to premium growth targets by upselling appropriate coverages.
• Stay up to date with insurer partner products and market intelligence.
