Work directly with fast-growing Shopify brands in health, beauty, gadgets, and home goods. Launch funnels that convert paid traffic into revenue. Own onboarding from signed agreement to go-live. Master communication, expectation control, and operational follow-through. Grow into sales with real commission upside.

What You Will Do
  • Lead onboarding from signed agreement to funnel launch, ensuring every client touchpoint is clear and professional.
  • Run kickoff calls capture requirements, set timelines, align expectations, and establish boundaries.
  • Translate client needs into actionable tasks for design, copy, dev, and strategy.
  • Drive delivery using Notion, Slack, Figma, Shopify, and WowSuite tools (CTRwow, WowPay, WowBoost).
  • Manage approvals for creative, messaging, pricing, and checkout.
  • Oversee QC and final review prevent scope creep, surface risks early, and clear blockers quickly.
  • Maintain proactive communication weekly updates, milestone reviews, and transparent reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams to balance client needs with team bandwidth.
  • Hand off live funnels to the performance team with complete context and documentation.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years managing clients in marketing, creative, or tech.
  • Strong communication skills proven at handling expectations and setting boundaries.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time across multiple workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of design, copy, development, and CRO fundamentals.
  • Fluent with Shopify, Notion, Slack, Figma.
  • Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Calm under pressure able to keep clients confident even when challenges arise.
  • Detail-oriented you spot gaps, close loops, and maintain organized documentation.
