Job summary

A leading financial institution in Toronto seeks an administrative professional to support client relationships and manage office systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a diploma in Business Administration. Experience in a financial services environment is preferred. This role is temporary with responsibilities including reception duties and coordination of regional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Three years experience in an administrative or clerical position, preferably with a financial services company.
  • Working knowledge of RRSPs, RRIFs, and mutual funds would be an asset.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is highly professional.

Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
  • Maintain office systems, including network administration.
  • Perform reception duties and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
