You will handle requests, manage calendars, and help grow business by recognizing opportunities and promoting Desjardins products and services. A three-year track record is preferred with related qualifications.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience or more.
• Familiarity with mutual funds and asset management.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests, perform tasks and research as needed, and recommend solutions.
• Assist colleagues with managing their agenda and emails.
• Anticipate members' and clients' needs and propose solutions meeting their expectations.
• Guide members/clients in choosing and using tools and channels per their independence level.
• Identify business opportunities and support sales development initiatives.
