Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of progressive financial services experience.
• 3 years + direct servicing experience with Canadian custody or fund clients.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written and non-verbal).
• Ability to support, negotiate, collaborate and bring people together.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day Client support and Client experience.
• Support increased use of RBC technology by clients.
• Act as primary operational lead for clients.
• Liaise with clients on RBCIS initiatives and projects.
