Reporting to the Product Delivery Manager, the Client Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships, improving service delivery experiences, and supporting MASC’s stakeholders. Acting as a liaison between MASC and Manitoba agricultural producers and stakeholders, this role ensures client feedback is captured, analyzed, and used to inform service improvements and program delivery. The specialist also collaborates on strategic outreach efforts through events, stakeholder engagement, and product promotion.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
  • Experience with client engagement including translating client insights and business objectives into value propositions and improving the overall client experience.
  • Experience bringing products or programs to market including market/data analysis and post‑launch performance tracking.
  • Experience with report writing.
  • Experience interpreting, applying and explaining programs, policies and procedures.
  • Experience using social media platforms, specifically Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience in providing training and developing associated materials.
  • Ability to establish, develop and foster stakeholder and industry relationships.
  • Experience using Microsoft products (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) in a cloud‑based environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to communicate verbally in both official languages (French and English), is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of the Manitoba agriculture industry.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to travel within the Province of Manitoba as required.

SALARY: $71,019 to $87,870 per annum
