Your Opportunity
Our Internal Finance department is looking for an experienced Client Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team. The Client AR Administrator is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of client accounts within their designated portfolios by way of monitoring monthly billings, timely collections follow up and assistance with processing adjustments and cash / deposit applications. The Client AR Administrator will own the following responsibilities :
- Provide excellent, consistent, and focused customer service to both internal and external clients to ensure that a seamless customer experience is achieved
- Responsible for setting up payment arrangements, payment plans and account settlements with clients in compliance with policies and processes
- Investigate, analyze and bring forward any billing related variances with the Partner administration offices
- Review weekly and monthly AR reports to measure personal portfolio performance
- Attend regular internal meetings / calls with Partner / admin teams to discuss AR status and recommendations for action
- Be the first point of contact for AR inquiries and maintain a successful customer service cycle to achieve internal / external customer satisfaction
- Assist with special projects and complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Your experience and education
- You have at least 3-5 years experienced ideally in a professional services environment
- You have a related University Degree or College Diploma (considered an asset)
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as superior customer service
- You are able to support senior level management demands with an exceptional client management philosophy
- You are able to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
- You display strong problem solving and analytical skills in accounts receivables.
