We are currently hiring full-time Student Interns for our Summer cohort 2026 starting on the 4th May 2026.

Our Internships are designed to be meaningful work experiences allowing students to acquire important skills, learn and grow in their field of interest.

What you need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a College or University degree in a related discipline such as in Library Technician or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in document management, digitization, or other library clerk role.
• Experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience or volunteer activities.
• Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.

Nice to have

• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.
