Position Overview

Reporting to the Charge Technologist or the Diagnostic Support Supervisor, the Diagnostic Clerk is responsible for performing functions pertaining to the Diagnostic Services Department by ensuring timeliness, accuracy and quality services to clients.

Experience
  • Hospital/medical clinic experience with work involving direct public contact and experience with diagnostic service information, i.e. ward clerk, health records clerk, or medical clinic reception/clerk preferred.
  • Recent experience with office equipment including computers, fax machines, and copiers.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in office administration through a business school or college an asset.
