Our Cleaning Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, maintaining a safe and healthy environment. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Technician to join our Night Shift team in Toronto.

Position Overview:

As a Cleaning Technician on our Night Shift team, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to meet the client’s scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete cleaning tasks as outlined in the scope of work for each assigned site
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other common areas
• Operate a ride-on auto scrubber to clean and maintain interior common areas such as hallways and lobbies, ensuring all surfaces are free of debris, stains, and residues in accordance with site-specific cleaning requirements.
• Operate power washing and related cleaning equipment to clean building exteriors, walkways, loading docks, parking garages, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windows
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Restock cleaning supplies as necessary
• Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supplies shortages to management
• Follow safety protocols and company policies for cleaning procedures
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet client-specified standards
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexible and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
