✨ Cleaning Technician (Part-Time → Full-Time) ✨ Starting Wage: $20 - $25/hour Probation Period: 3 months (with promotion upon successful completion)

We are a growing cleaning business committed to delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and creating positive, trusting relationships with our clients. We take pride in our attention to detail, professionalism, and the confidentiality required when working inside clients’ homes and businesses.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Regal Shine Solutions. Someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining trust and privacy in clients’ spaces. This role is ideal for someone who values quality, consistency, and thrives in a positive, professional environment. We would love to offer this position on a part-time basis to start, with the opportunity to transition into full-time hours.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Performing routine and detailed cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings.
  • Complete standard residential cleaning, recurring cleans, deep cleaning services, move‑in/move‑out cleanings and post construction cleanings.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop and clean surfaces in various areas of homes – including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common living areas.
  • Following checklists and company standards to ensure consistency and high‑quality results.
  • Using eco‑friendly cleaning products and various cleaning equipment (training provided).
  • Providing friendly and respectful service while always maintaining professionalism and representing the company.
  • Handling client spaces with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Addressing any client concerns or feedback.
  • Driving to various clients addresses.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available Monday–Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm with occasional flexibility on weekends if needed.
  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required – training provided.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Ontario driver’s license (G Class).
  • Background check required.
