Job summary

A cleaning service provider in North Vancouver is seeking a part-time Cleaner. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of commercial areas, operating a floor washing machine, and coordinating with other cleaners. Job description

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property based in North Vancouver. This is a part-time position . The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the buildings commercial areas. Candidates should be strong enough to operate a floor washing machine.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning commercial areas of the property
• Using a floor washing machine for power washing
• Dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes promptly
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Ordering cleaning supplies as needed

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-time Permanent Subcontractor
• Pay: $550 per month
• Schedule: 3.5-hour shifts 2 days per week (days can be selected) hours flexible between 12:00 pm 5:00 pm
