Job summary

The Cleaning Witch in Calgary is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join as a subcontractor.

You’ll use your own vehicle, work full-time Tuesday to Sunday, 30–40 hours, and perform home cleaning solo or in teams.

Qualifications

• Reliability: Commit to a one-year subcontract with confidence.
• Honesty: Background Check Mandatory.
• Driver's License (Class 5) and own reliable car.
• At least 1 year of city driving experience required.
• GST registration and liability insurance are required.
• Ability to work solo or with a partner as needed.
• Comfort with hands-on cleaning and guest-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes to a high standard, either solo or with a partner.
• Follow client instructions and maintain courteous, reliable service.
• Attend training sessions and apply learned cleaning techniques.
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools and supplies; report needs.

What You Will Love About Us:

• Training Starting at $18.50/hour plus tips
• Training duration will be up to you, if you have experience and can finish training in a week we can move to the next stage right away! If you have no experience, training usually takes 1-3 months
• After training: $27/hour + tips
• Full-time, Tuesday to Sunday (30–40 hrs/week)
• Work solo or in teams of two depending on the job
• We provide all cleaning tools and supplies
• Ongoing training, and lots of support

You will need:

• Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• To be comfortable working on your own or with a partner
• To care about doing a great job and treating people kindly
• Experience is not necessary. We will train you. All we ask is that you show up ready to learn and bring your best. We clean homes — and we care about the people in them, including you.

Job Type: Full-time
