Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking dependable cleaners to support residential service appointments across Ontario. Most assignments involve move-out, turnover, or post-maintenance cleaning, with some housekeeping for occupied homes.

You’ll work in the field across Ontario, using your own vehicle and supplies, and complete tasks independently while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Able to complete residential cleaning independently.
• Experience with move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, or housekeeping.
• Takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality work.
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team.

Responsibilities

• Move-out cleaning for residential rental properties
• Vacant-unit turnover cleaning
• Deep cleaning following maintenance, repairs, or renovations
• Preparing homes before new residents move in
• Housekeeping services for occupied residential properties when scheduled
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and common spaces
• Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detailed areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing debris
• Completing a final quality walkthrough before closing the assignment
• Taking completion photos when required
• Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or cleaning issues requiring follow-up
• Updating assignments through our mobile work app
• Travelling directly between scheduled properties

The Cleaner We’re Looking For

• Has at least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience
• Is comfortable completing residential cleaning assignments independently
• Has experience with move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, orhousekeeping
• Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work
• Pays close attention to detail
• Recognizes issues that should be reported rather than ignored
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team

You Will Also Need

• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• A suitable smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking photos,and submitting job updates
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
