Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking dependable residential cleaners to support move-out, turnover, and post-maintenance cleaning across Ontario. You will work independently on assignments, delivering high-quality results in occupied and vacant homes.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years of paid cleaning experience, own a vehicle, and a reliable smartphone with GPS for the mobile work app. Training and ongoing field-based opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform move-out, turnover, and post-maintenance cleaning for residential properties.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces; inside appliances, cabinets, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and remove debris; final quality walkthrough.

A home might be cleaned after a tenant moves out, following maintenance work, before new residents arrive, or simply to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for current occupants.

At Bridgepoint Maintenance, our cleaning team supports a wide variety of residential service appointments across Ontario. Most assignments involve move-out, turnover, or post-maintenance cleaning, but some visits may involve housekeeping services for occupied homes. We’re looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in detailed work, notice the small things, and can complete every assignment independently.

Our Hiring Process

Once your application has been reviewed, qualified candidates will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours inviting them to complete a pre-recorded online interview.

The interview helps us learn more about your cleaning experience, equipment, transportation, availability, and ability to complete residential cleaning assignments independently before moving selected candidates to the next stage.

Typical Assignments

• Move-out cleaning for residential rental properties
• Vacant-unit turnover cleaning
• Deep cleaning following maintenance, repairs, or renovation work
• Preparing homes before new residents move in
• Housekeeping services for occupied residential properties when scheduled
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and common spaces
• Cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detailed areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing debris
• Completing a final quality walkthrough before closing the assignment
• Taking completion photos when required
• Reporting damage, maintenance concerns, or cleaning issues requiring follow-up
• Updating assignments through our mobile work app
• Travelling directly between scheduled properties

• Has experience with move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, or housekeeping
• Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work
• Pays close attention to detail
• Recognizes issues that should be reported rather than ignored
• Communicates professionally with customers and our operations team

You Will Also Need

• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• A suitable smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking photos, and submitting job updates
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
