A leading applied education institution in Calgary is seeking a Classroom Technology – Student Worker to support academic technology needs. Responsibilities include monitoring support requests, troubleshooting technology issues, and collaborating with other technical teams. SAIT's Information Technology Services department handles all software and hardware needs as well as technological and networking issues for both employees and students across our campuses. Technical support including computer hardware, software, audio‑visual needs, and more is available to everyone at SAIT, whether the issue occurs at home or on campus.
The Classroom Technology – Student Worker position supports Academic Technology in maintaining classroom computing across SAIT campuses. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, troubleshooting technology issues, and working around classroom schedules to proactively maintain access to technology. The role also requires effective collaboration and communication with other technical teams to facilitate year‑round technology projects.
