Job summary

Cardinal Health operates a Moncton distribution centre seeking a Class 1 Driver to support our Transportation team. You will receive and deliver medical products, fulfill orders, and service clients in the Health Care industry.

The role offers an hourly rate of $26.27 and a Tuesday through Saturday style schedule with early morning shifts. Ideal candidates have a Class 1 with air license, 1–3 years driving experience, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 w/air license with a clean abstract and 1–3 years of driving experience.
• Team oriented and customer-service driven with strong communication skills.
• Able to handle physical work and lift up to 50 lbs and push full carts.
• Familiar with MTO Regulations and safe driving practices.
• Proficient with computers and adaptable to various duties.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

• Ensure all customer requirements are met daily in a professional manner.

Job description

We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our Moncton distribution centre as a CL 1 Driver to support our Transportation team. Join our Transportation team to make an impact by receiving and delivering medical products as well as fulfilling orders while servicing clients in the Health Care industry. The hourly rate is $26.27 The working hours are Monday to Friday 2am to 14:00pm. Need to be available for evening and or week-end replacements.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:

• Providing vital and timely deliveries
• Ensuring on a daily basis all customer requirements are delivered in an efficient and professional manner
• Operating all equipment within compliance of Ministry and Cardinal Health Canada’s safety standards

This Job might be for you if:

• You have a valid Class 1 w/air license with a clean abstract, with 1-3 years of driving experience
• You enjoy working in a team environment, customer service oriented with great communication skills
• You enjoy physically work and are able to manage/push full carts with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You possess knowledge of MTO Regulations
• You’re proficient with computers
• You’re flexible in fulfilling various duties
• You’re committed to working flexible hours as it might be required
