Qualifications

  • Valid Class1 license
  • Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract
  • Recent verifiable commercial driving experience (past 3 months to 1 year)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience
  • 1-3 years of verifiable tanker driving experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Super B experience
  • 1 year verifiable mountain driving experience
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and load securement procedures
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and overnight shifts
  • Follow company safety and hours-of-service rules
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Accurate completion of eLogs and delivery documentation

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport freight across Western Canada
  • Complete deliveries and pickups to customer locations within Western Canada in a safe, timely, and professional manner
  • Operate tanker equipment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Secure freight using appropriate equipment such as straps, chains, and load bars, ensuring compliance with load-securement standards
  • Transport hazardous products such as CO2 or cryogenic gasses in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections of the vehicle, including checking tires, brakes, lights, and cargo securement; promptly report any issues to the maintenance department for timely repairs.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including e-logs, inspection reports, delivery paperwork, and incident reports
Requirements:
  • Valid Class1 license required
  • Bondable and legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract
