Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence and have relevant HGV driving experience.
• Be reliable, punctual and professional in all tasks.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and load security.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
• Able to work flexibly around varying start times and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close trailer curtains.
• Secure loads and ensure safe transportation of all cargo.
• Carry out pre-use vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Liaise with the Operations Team throughout the day.
• Shunt trailers onto bays at the Brough site as required.
• Ensure customer delivery time slots are met.
• Provide clear and timely communication during delays or unforeseen circumstances.
