Job summary

Westfreight Systems Inc. is a Canadian owned company with extensive national operations. We are seeking an Owner Operator with a 53ft trailer to run Canada-wide routes. You will join a growing team, backed by an experienced dispatch staff and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualified drivers possess a Class 1A license, minimum 2 years highway experience including flat/step-deck work, a clean abstract, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks. New hires receive bonuses and fuel card perks.

Qualifications

• Positive can-do attitude and safety-conscious approach.
• Must hold a valid Class 1A driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years highway experience with 1 year flat/step deck experience.
• 53ft triden/flat deck trailer experience required.
• Clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator across Canada with own trailer.
• Utilize company resources and dispatch support for Canada-wide shipments.
