The company is growing and offers driver-owners a path through the PowerLease program, with an open dispatch role running coast-to-coast. We seek Class 1A drivers with at least 2 years highway experience and 1 year flat/step deck experience, plus a clean driving record and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 1 year flat/step deck experience required.
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willing to run coast-to-coast on open dispatch.

Edge Transportation Services Ltd. specializes in flat deck, heavy haul & over-dimensional freight service throughout North America. From full truckload to less-than-truckload needs, experienced operators ensure secure and efficient transport.
In addition, we offer Drayage service which refers to a specialty logistics service that carries freight containers over a short distance, an essential part of intermodal shipping.

We take containers in and out of warehouses, rail terminals, ocean ports and harbors. This often involves taking huge steal shipping containers off rail cars and ship decks and then loading them onto truck trailers. From there, the container is transported to a warehouse or storage facility to get ready for the next step in the intermodal shipping process.

Edge Transportation is growing and we're helping qualified drivers become Owner Operators through our PowerLease Program.

What You Bring:

• A positive CAN-DO attitude
• Safety conscious approach to all job duties
• Class 1A Driver’s License – Minimum 2year highway driving experience required
• 1 year flat/step deck experience required
• Willing to run on open dispatch, coast to coast
• A clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions
• Ability to pass a criminal record check &pre-employment drug screening
