AXA XL in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Design Professional Claims Manager to lead the team handling Design Professional claims and implement strategy for claim activities. AXA XL provides commercial errors and omission liability insurance for Design Professionals.
As a Design Professional Claims Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the team and managing AXA XL’s claims for the Design Professional books. You will be a key subject matter expert for AXA XL and will work with other Claims colleagues to implement our strategy on claim activities and best practices. You will also lead a team of Claim Specialists by focusing on technical claim handling, exceptional customer service, work with business segments and driving a performance culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will report directly to US Head of Design Professional.

The Canadian base salary range for this position is 150,000 to 205,000 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
