Job summary

A prominent mutual insurance company in New Brunswick is seeking an experienced auto claims adjuster to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in handling automobile accident benefits claims, a Level 2 or 3 adjusters license, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French. About the job

Under the supervision of the Specialized Auto and New-Brunswick Coordinator, you will work as an auto claims adjuster remotely.

What will your work week look like?

• Perform investigation, damage assessment and settlement of automobile claims
• Provide timely customer service.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of your teams claims handling processes.
• When needed, investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
• Initiates recoveries in claims requiring it.

Do you have that profile?

• Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile accident benefits claims (Section B or AB)
• Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick or in the process of obtaining one.
• Capable of using Microsoft office suite
• Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, in order to assist and regularly serve our English and French speaking customers in the territory and / or our suppliers through complex interactions related to insurance or the Group's business sectors, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives.
