Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting engineering or civil construction.
• Good understanding of local construction permitting requirements.
• Experience with Project Management or Construction Management Software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, tasks, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare, maintain, and track agreements and sub-contractor documentation.
• Coordinate and track construction contract administration.
