Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in consulting engineering or civil construction.
- Good understanding of local construction permitting requirements.
- Experience with Project Management or Construction Management Software is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, tasks, and budgets.
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare, maintain, and track agreements and sub-contractor documentation.
- Coordinate and track construction contract administration.
