Job description

Gulf Operators is a leader in civil construction, offering expertise in infrastructure projects across Eastern Canada. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Teams – Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and field engineers to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, such as wind farms, marine terminals, and road construction.
  • Assist in Field Operations – Participate in on‑site inspections, material handling, and environmental assessments, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Project Coordination – Help coordinate schedules, resources, and communications between various project stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and on budget.
  • Documentation and Reporting – Prepare reports, assist in tracking project progress, and ensure accurate documentation of field activities, change orders, and project milestones.
  • Support Innovation – Contribute to the implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies, such as digital modeling or GPS‑controlled equipment.
  • Safety and Quality Control – Help monitor and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures, making sure all work adheres to Gulf Operators' high standards.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering program.
  • Ability to multi–task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A curious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A valid Class 5 driver’s license or Class 7 Level 2 (7.2) license.
