A Canadian civil engineering firm is seeking an Intermediate Civil Engineer to join their Municipal and Transportation Design team in Ontario. This role includes designing and delivering municipal transportation projects, along with managing a team and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have extensive experience in project delivery and design. The position allows for flexible work arrangements and is based out of any Ontario office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project delivery and team management.
• At least 5 years of design experience in transportation and municipal infrastructure projects in Ontario.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review design drawings and tender documents for road projects.
• Manage transportation projects for municipal clients, assisting with schedules and coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
