The candidate must have high skills in Inroads and Power Rail Track, along with local project experience. This role involves overseeing construction documents and ensuring design compliance on transit infrastructure projects. Exceptional communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years’ experience as Engineer (Civil/Structural) or Architect.
• Experience as a Design Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Familiar with various Ontario-market clients' design standards.
• Legally able to work in the greater Toronto area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with construction documents for a transit project.
• Monitor design schedule and track deliverables.
• Manage design subconsultant agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
