The Opportunity
WSP Canada is seeking an experienced Civil 3D Library Manager to lead the governance, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our national Civil 3D content ecosystem within the Transportation Systems business.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Team, this role will serve as the steward of WSP's Transportation Systems Civil 3D environment, overseeing the standards, templates, styles, catalogs, configurations, and supporting technologies used across transportation projects nationwide.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to bring together content developed by subject matter experts across multiple disciplines into a cohesive, scalable, and well‑governed enterprise solution.
The successful candidate will help establish and maintain a consistent, high-quality Civil 3D experience that improves productivity, enhances design quality, and supports digital delivery excellence across WSP Canada's Transportation Systems business.
