Qualifications

• Experience supervising and/or mentoring teens.
• Experience with children with special needs is a plus.
• Summer camp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly training sessions for CITs.
• Provide mentorship to help CITs build confidence.
• Assign weekly responsibilities based on CITs' skills.
• Track CITs' progress and recommend counselor roles.
• Guide CIT behavior and respond to discipline issues.
• Stay overnight at camp to oversee CIT programming.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate CITs into roles.
• Foster a positive and fun experience for CITs.
