Job summary

HCRC consulting in Calgary, AB invites a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, conduct initial consultations, adjust care plans, and educate patients to support long-term wellness.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Chiropractic, be licensed in Alberta, pass CCEB exams, and have 2+ years of clinical experience. The role offers a generous total compensation of $160k–$180k with base pay and uncapped bonuses, plus benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program.
• Active Chiropractic license in Alberta AB (Canada).
• Pass Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB) exams.
• Preferably 2+ years of clinical Chiropractic experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial consultations, exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports).
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options and self-care.
• Chiropractic adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities.
• Documentation and Charting with timely notes.
• Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up to ensure treatment goals are met and reassessments.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Calgary AB (Canada). We are seeking a chiropractor that enjoys working as a team, is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, skilled, and professional care alongside the multidisciplinary team. Ideally, the Chiropractor works well with others and can also be depended upon to be professional and always bring the top level of care to their patients. Duties:

• Perform initial consultations, exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)

• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments diversified, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Collaborate with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in Alberta AB (Canada)
• Pass Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board (CCEB) exams

• Full time

Total Compensation (range):

• Typical associate brings in $160k- $180K with base salary and uncapped bonuses

Benefits:

• Bonus Compensation- quarterly bonuses with potential to bring in additional $35k monthly
