Finetunedhp is seeking a motivated Chiropractic Assistant to join our patient-focused clinic through the Canada Summer Jobs program. The role supports patient care, clinic operations, and educational outreach under supervision.

The position is ideal for a student pursuing chiropractic, kinesiology, health sciences, or related fields, with a strong interest in healthcare and an eagerness to learn. Training and mentorship from licensed professionals will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, charting, and clinical documentation under supervision (Chiropractic Assistant).
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for use.
• Observe and assist with patient education and exercise demonstrations.
• Support front desk operations including booking appointments, answering calls, and maintaining records.
• Participate in health promotion initiatives, including social media or community outreach content.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional standards throughout the clinic.
• Perform other administrative and clinical support tasks as required.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Must be between the ages of 15 and 30 and legally entitled to work in Canada (as per Canada Summer Jobs eligibility)

Completed an undergraduate program

Preference given to students studying chiropractic, kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field

Prior experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or wellness setting is an asset

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanour with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
