Job summary

Your Opportunity: Recovery Alberta staff will provide support to child and adolescent clients across multiple settings, valuing collaboration and evidence‑informed practices. The successful candidate will work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, managing complex mental health issues for children, youth and families.

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work (clinical), Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing; active registration with the applicable Alberta regulatory college.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health; excellent assessment skills; formal training in CBT or Solution‑Focused Therapy.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with community stakeholders and service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Child and Family Services, Health Partnership Initiatives, and multicultural groups.

Salary range: $41.12 to $54.61 per hour.
