Overview

Child & Youth Support Worker Windsor, support Youth Complex Special Needs. Child & Youth Support Worker needed in Sandwich Town, Windsor to provide care and behavioural support for a youth with autism and complex special needs. Earn $23+ per hour, with consistent weekday or weekend rotations (7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM). Must have NVCI (nonviolent crisis intervention training) or Safe Management Group training.

About the Role

HealthOPM is hiring a Child & Youth Support Worker to provide behavioral, emotional, and daily living support to a male youth with autism and complex needs. This is a temporary placement through our staffing agency with stable hours and the chance to make a difference.

Pay & Perks

• Hourly rate: $23+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Diploma or certification as a Child & Youth Support Worker (CYW/CYC)
• NVCI or Safe Management Group training required
• Prior experience supporting youth with autism and complex special needs
