A children's care organization is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Therapist in Saskatchewan, Canada. Qualifications

  • Preferred two years’ experience in social work or counseling.
  • Active Florida LCSW, LMHC or LMFT or license eligible.
  • Ability to work sensitively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments upon case assignment.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Maintain case records for all youth.
  • Attend psychiatric appointments for youth as needed.

Skills

Experience with children with complex trauma
Knowledge of DSM5 and ICD10
Crisis counseling
Therapeutic techniques

Education

Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field
